One thousand feet above sea level in the mountainous northern region of Thailand, Chiang Mai Highlands Golf & Spa Resort is a breath of fresh air — literally. After you've made eagle, take a seat in the plush, open-air restaurant for 5-star nosh, or retreat to one of nine exquisitely appointed bungalows with balconies overlooking your triumph.
